Hello everyone,

 I have been trying to find some information about using crystals to place in your home for things like cleansing, protecion, harmony, well being. I work with stones and crystals as far as personal issues to wear on the body and wondered if just larger pieces will work for my home as well. Also I have to be careful what I choose to use as my daughter is VERY EMPATHIC.

Hi, any crystals placed in the home will have a positive effect. amethyst by the bed will help you to sleep. A quartz cluster by electrical equipment will absorb the negative energy emanating from them. Basically it is the same rule as it is for choosing personal crystals. Tune in with them as you choose them, keep in mind where you want them for and let your intuition guide you to the right crystal for you.  Amethyst x

I am a Feng Shui practitioner. If you want to move any stagnant energy in your home, I would

suggest round faceted crystals with a high lead count. You can place them anywhere that feels

"heavy"....they come in many different sizes and the 30mm usually works well. You can also

use them to slow down any fast moving energy.....your daughter would probably be able to feel this- if there

is a certain place in the house that she gets easily irritated.... (the crystal

moves the energy in all directions....so if it's not moving- it makes it move...and if it's moving to fast in

a ciertain direction- it takes that energy and spreads it out in all directions)  Hang them from 3, 6, or 9

inches of red string or thread.

 Thank you so much for your advice. My daughter goes on vacation with her dad this coming week and I am cleansing the house and wanted to get some changes in effect before she got back. I have one of those type of crystals hanging in my car and never thought about hanging them in the house. DUH Dawn.. LOL I will let you know how Becca reacts when she gets back.
