Things have not yet been completed between you and Chris, so there is an indication that you have an opportunity to resolve what went wrong in your relationship.  You need to learn to be more understanding about him needing space and a certain amount of freedom...this seems to have been at the root of the problems.  The lesson is to give to another what you would expect/want to receive yourself, but understanding the differences and uniqueness of another person as well.  And you both need to work on your communication - being more open and honest with each other.  The suggestion here is that you focus more on continuing a friendship at this point and not cut things entirely, and work on your issues from there.

These are very troubled and trying times.  We are in the "end times" - that is the end of the old ways and the begining of the new.  It is a very challenging time therefore for those who are sensitive souls who feel things deeply and whom work in the Light.

Many share your feelings and sentiments about life at this time, and it is now more than ever that you should be aware we are all supported by the love and guidance of the Angels, and of course the love of God.

Things in life are often a 'tempering' tool - that is to say difficult things happen in our lives, and we have no choice but to move through these experiences as best we can using the tools we have.  Difficult experiences temper our souls like steel in the flame, gradually reshaping and strengthening.  We overcome difficulties and become stronger through that process, always learning valuable lessons. 

But sometimes we can become trapped in the idea that we are here only to serve, and thus are not deserving of support and help ourselves.  Therein lies your belief that is causing the block in your life - you do not believe you are deserving of support from God and the universe.  This belief doesn't serve you, and your first responsibility is to your own well-being and success in life, for as you know, without that strong foundation you will be of no help to anyone - least of all yourself.  What you have done is depleted your light and life force by giving too much away without replenishment.  Your soul needs 'food' just as your body does.

You need to ask for help when you need it - or the angels and guides cannot assist you, for you must give permission for them to do so.  That is the first step.  The second step is to believe you deserve it.  A good belief for you adopt is that life does not need to be a struggle.  There is some past life issues here, as you have brought with you something of the 'martyr' scenario, a pattern formed by your past experiences wherein you suffered and died in order to be of service to the world and to humanity.  This is the time for you to change that.

The suggestion here is for you to reclaim the sense of innocence and discovery of life that you had as a child.  Think about how you felt at the time in your life when things were going well.  Pull that feeling and those emotions up.  Understand that when you start feeling those things, and thinking that way - you will begin to attract into your life more of the things that made you feel that way.  Do things that you enjoy.  Go places that make you feel a sense of peace or excitement.  Know that you can also do that in your mind, by simply imagining yourself there.

Do some meditation, and say over and over in your mind:  "I am deserving of all the abundance, love and support I need and my life is successful".

I am both grateful and awe of how dedicated you are and how much time and effort you give so generously.  You inspire me and from other responses of sure many others.  Your reply was helpful and came at a time that I felt so isolated.  It felt as if I had a friend who had time for me. I am working hard on your advice and the wonderful quote you included but situaitons are getting worse by the hour.  Is there any good news in my future and is my suit against Bear Stearns going to work in my favor and be good.  Also although I read, no is not the time for me considering my state of mind and I would not want to mislead anyone.  I would like to refer them to your website with your fees (which seem to be extremely fair) and I hopefully would like to do so in the future for a full reading as well.  I like the fact that you are both spirital & gifted and of course kind and generous.

Thank you for your kind words.  Yes things are good in my life, though it has not always been so and I do have my share of challenges from time to time.  That is all part of being on earth - we must take the 'good' with the 'bad' and use it to become greater than we were before.  Easier said than done of course.

I am not allowed to give you a specific outcome in your situation because there are things you will learn through this experience about using your power that might alter if you knew in advance...but I can say that the outcome feels very positive, though it will take some doing to clear things.  You need to remember that you don't stand alone through this - there are many who stand behind you, so to speak.  The angels say: "courage under fire" and you need to release the idea of persecution in this instance - because you have carried with you into this life the idea that you will be persecuted for standing up for Truth (because that's what happened before).  Let go of that - this is different. 

If you know that you are in the right, then the power is yours to stand in your convictions against opposition and come through it unscathed.  You must believe fully that justice will prevail and that the darkness cannot win.  Remember that the time for such negative powers to hold such influence on earth is ending - hence it seems to become stronger as those forces resist the change.

I recently went through a bit of a battle with certain authorities, and I learned that because I let my faith in the Light and in Truth be unshakeable, it turned the whole situation around in my favour as soon as I decided to let go of my fear.  My husband also said to me at the time; "remember that there are others who go through worse and survive it".  That woke me up and put my problem into perspective.  I started thinking: "I can do this.  The truth is on my side".

Use the supportive powers at your disposal to help you as well - the earth energy can be tapped to give you strength (just talk to the earth and visualize drawing life force up through your feet), and use your Christhood/Godhood energy (sometimes referred to as the Higher Self) channelled through you to shed light on the situation and give positive power to your words and actions.  Imagine this light coming through the hearts, souls and minds of all those involved in the situation.  You cannot change them, but it can help them to see other perspectives.

First of all let me say that I have read all the requests and all your responses and I would like to say you have a very gentle and helpful energy and your words are written with a lot of love, compassion, and knowledge.

I am new in recognizing who and what I am and am steadily making progress. I started my path in 2003 and have since had some wonderful mentors and recently found a wonderful healer. My question is - - With the talents I already had, the addition of new ones, and what I have been thru in my past do you see any other MAJOR obstacle in my way that will stop me or delay me on the path that I am on to unite with my mate?

Hello Anakya.  I have been reading your replies and am touched by your sincerity, warmth and generosity. I have just joined  the site and am hoping to interact with everyone and hopefully help in some way too. I wonder if you would be kind enough to help me with something? I do work with spirit myself, but you know what it is like we seldom interpret correctly for ourselves! I am just completely confused by my feelings over this issue. I met a man, my initial reaction was not to trust him going by what facts I actually know about him. however against my better judgement I think I allowed him in. I can't help pushing him away, but sort of don't want him to go away, but I'm sure I know deep down it won't work!  Having said that though, I just have this sneaking voice inside my head that it will!! All signs point to the fact that it won't, well I think they do! but there is this something I can't seem to ignore. It is as though he is a mirror of me, so maybe he is just there to teach me to face my dark side or it is because we are in fact involved in some sort of destiny???   My head is spinning, I am not normally like this, it is usually cut and dried, either it will work or it won't!!  I'm, sure you can sense my aggravation with myself for not being able to just sort this out. He just doesn't seem right for me, but ...............

Congratulations on making the progress that you have made thus far with your growth.  I am assuming here that your mentor/s have told you that the path to spiritual enlightenment is not an easy one, and often is accompanied by a sense of isolation because of the 'differences' to the direction of the status quo.  As with any path, it has its share of challenges, and these differ from soul to soul depending on what it is you need to learn. 

What I need to outline to you here is that a path spiritual enlightenment does not always involve union with other people - in fact a large part of the growth happens through what you acheive under your own power - without external distractions.  This is because the fundamental of what you learn is to do with the 'I am' - what is termed Higher Consciousness, which is in essence linked to everyone else anyway.  A spiritual path means that you seek to reunite with God (which exists within you) therefore everything will lead to that.  Too many relationships on earth tend to be based on need and dependancy - and that's where things go wrong.  Having said that, we also learn a great deal from our relationships, as you will know.   You do appear to have more to learn in the area of relationships.

Without doing a full reading for you, which I cannot do here except by exchange through my website because it involves a lot of work - there is nothing major that pops up as a block with regards to your current direction, but of course that is entirely dependant on the choices you make from now onward.

You are definitely on the right track and doing what you are meant to be doing.

You need to follow your intuition on this one.  What you have been picking up is to do with a past life association with this person, and there is definitely unfinished business between you.  You have the opportunity to sort this out with him.

Many things during these times will not be 'cut and dried' and often will not fit previous parameters or understandings.  This is why many teachers have been saying to develop your communion with your intuitive guidance (intuition)  more - as this is truly your best guide.  The first feeling, thought or sensation is often the right one.  It is our logical mind which interfers with this natural flow.

You are exactly where you need to be on your path.  It would appear you are meant to experience a 'pause' in things so that you can take stock of where you are and where you want to go from here.  Every cycle is like that.  One ends, and then we experience a time of being neither here nor there while we ascertain what we want to do from there.  It is much like a rest period, and is needed.  This is happening a lot with people who are on spiritual paths at the moment, because we are entering unchartered territory as we move out of third/fourth dimensional reality and experience a higher frequency of existence - which is foing to affect all humanity planet-wide. 

You mustn't lose heart, and keep a strong hold on your dreams and goals.  Be aware that things often do not manifest in the ways we expect.  The most frustrating thing is earthly time - for we are subject to this while we are here, and thus things often seem to move very slowly in this heavy energy.  But that is only from our physical experience as things are moving faster than we know and are often beyond our perceptions.  Thus your thoughts and visualizations can become manifest more quickly and powerfully than ever before.

I am a firm believer in encouraging people to develop and use their God-given intuitive power.  If the angels and I tell you exactly who he is, it will change how you respond to him and could in fact block the flow in any interaction you might have because you will go into it with preconcieved ideas.  It is better in this case to let things flow naturally. 

You know what you feel in your heart and soul and no-one can tell you that.  Thus you should know if he is "the one" as you put it - for your inner feelings will tell you so.  It should be a good indicator that he has many similarities to your late husband too.

Thank you very much for your insight. I did wonder if all this confusion was not of this lifetime, it just didn't make sense!!!  I know I've been know to argue with myself, but not this much!!!
